Black steel

The distinctive surface of black steel is created by a forming process at high temperatures and by reaction with the ambient air.
Unalloyed steel is annealed in an open fire. The result is a black-blue scale and burn-off that gives each individual piece its unique appearance.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR BLACK STEEL FITTINGS
